PEOPLE will get the chance to do some early Christmas shopping this weekend at a special market in Pitsea.

All of the proceeds raised will go to St. Luke’s Hospice, based in Nethermayne, Basildon.  Anita Whelan, community fundraiser for St Luke’s, said there would be lots of things for people to buy and do.  She said: “It’s ideal for people to come along and grab a bit of a Christmas bargain and help support St Luke’s.”

The Christmas Market will take place in Pitsea Leisure Centre, on Saturday, November 28, between 10am and 2pm.
